Vacancy for Business development Officer

The Agribusiness Market Ecosystem Alliance (AMEA) is a young, rapidly growing and dynamic alliance that aims to advance professional farmer organizations. We aim to achieve our vision by building and implementing a standardized approach to develop professional farmer organizations who are reliable partners in the supply chain, for buyers and financial institutions.

We are looking for an innovative and driven business development officer to expand the alliance and increase the number of corporate clients using the AMEA approach to develop professional farmer organizations in their supply chains. The individual in this role would be responsible for identifying, creating and taking opportunities to grow the membership base and services delivery. Candidates with a background in corporate agri-food supply chains who are analytically minded and motivated to advance professional farmer organizations in the Global South will do well in this role.
